Pondok Parahyangan

Sundanese food, BBQ, deep fried, chili and lots of spices.

Friend brought us to Kelapa Gading area for this fantastic food.

I was amazed by the deep fried chicken. I thought the frying temperature was so high that all the meat and muscle were basically powderized. Texture was super soft and it kind of melt in my mouth.

Grill fish and deep fried petai were tasty too.

Also, have you ever eat grill rice? Nasi Bakar so they call.

I am more and more hook to local food already.
