Little Taiwan, Malaysia Origin. Looking at the brand one knows this is not typical Taiwan food, nor Malaysian delicacy. It is cross mixed, hybrid between two.
Do not get me wrong, sometimes selective breading might produce some surprising good product. But it needs the experience and technical know how from the creator.
The owner of this chain restaurant is fair enough to declare that his food is not 100% Taiwan. As a local, I do not think it is bad. Rather, I could not remember well the taste either.
